Micro-Percussion Dry Core Drilling for Water-Sensitive Renovation | Zhonghuan

Dry coring supply for renovation openings where water handling is difficult. We match helical core bits, segments and connections to compatible micro-percussion motors and extraction arrangements.

Occupied interiors and finished rooms can make water collection the limiting factor in a new pipe or ventilation opening. We supply a helical dry core-bit program for compatible micro-percussion machines, with the bit, motor mode and extraction route reviewed together.

Decide whether dry coring fits the opening

Confirm the material, reinforcement exposure, diameter, wall thickness and access from each side. Identify why water is unsuitable and where extracted dust can be collected. Finish protection and cleanup belong in the job plan as much as the hole itself.

Dense reinforcement, difficult aggregate or larger/deeper holes may favor a wet rig with controlled water recovery. We review the proposed dry route against your machine and material before selecting segments.

Match the motor mode before ordering the bit

Micro-percussion is a function of a compatible core-drill motor. It is not an instruction to run an ordinary diamond core bit in a rotary hammer’s standard hammer-drilling mode. Send the exact motor model, connection and approved operating modes.

We match barrel diameter, working length, segment specification and connection to that setup. Handheld or rig-mounted use follows the machine’s rated range and instructions.

Keep a working extraction path

The helical barrel and side slots support clearance around the tube and debris release. They form part of the dry-coring arrangement; the extractor and connecting hardware still need to suit the motor and application.

A slowing cut can reflect dust accumulation, segment condition or machine load. Use the motor and bit operating guidance to check the cause rather than increasing force to compensate for a blocked extraction path.

Approve the whole drilling cycle

Test the selected bit on representative material with the intended motor and extractor. Record opening time, extraction behavior, segment wear and recovery from interruptions. Inspect the finished edge where the opening meets the visible surface.

For quotation, send the required opening sizes and depths with the machine details. We return a proposed bit and segment configuration, sample scope and supply quantity; branding and packaging follow the approved construction.
