Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use wet bits for dry drilling?

No. Wet bits adhere to a specific bond matrix that requires water to cool the segments and expose new diamonds. Using them dry will cause glazing or segment loss.

What is the standard thread?

The global standard for larger bits (>40mm) is 1-1/4" UNC. For handheld smaller bits, 1/2" BSP is common in Europe/Asia.

Do you make custom lengths?

Yes, standard lengths are 450mm, but we manufacture extensions and custom barrel lengths up to 1000mm upon request.

Are segments laser welded?

Yes, our professional series uses laser welding technology to ensure segments do not detach, even under high heat or when hitting rebar.

Need Adapters?

We offer a full range of SDS-Plus, SDS-Max, and Hex adapters for core drills.
