Uncompromising Quality Control

Rigorous inspection at every step, from raw materials to finished products. Our 98.5% outgoing pass rate is documented in our ISO 9001 records — not a marketing number, just our daily factory baseline.

Quality Control Process

Strict execution of standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality

STEP 01

Raw Material Inspection

Rigorous inspection of every batch of raw materials, ensuring steel and carbide meet standards

STEP 02

Production Process Monitoring

Full process monitoring with real-time detection of critical parameters

STEP 03

Finished Product Testing

Multiple performance tests including hardness, wear resistance, and geometric accuracy

STEP 04

Packaging Quality Control

Ensuring complete packaging, clear labeling, and safe transportation

Inspection Methods & Instruments

The actual instruments and checks behind every lot — Rockwell hardness, metallographic cross-section, braze shear, witness cuts. Not slogans.

Dimensional inspection
Micrometer (0.01 mm), caliper, 2D vision measuring machine
Diameter, length, shank, concentricity, run-out against ISO 5468 / DIN 8039
Hardness & material grade
Rockwell hardness tester (HRA / HRC) + supplier mill certificate per lot
HRA on carbide head/teeth, HRC on steel body; carbide grade and cobalt % per supplier mill certificate
Braze & laser-weld joint integrity
Metallographic cross-section + shear test
Braze void %, weld penetration, shear strength, zero tooth/segment detachment
Performance witness test
Witness cut in target material
Witness cut in your target substrate before mass production; hole-count / tool-life check

Quality Control by Product Line

Carbide and diamond lines fail in different ways — so they get different checks.

SDS concrete drill bit (SDS-Plus / SDS-Max)

YG8C carbide grade per supplier mill certificate; every vacuum-brazed carbide tip cross-sectioned for braze voids — the braze joint, not the carbide, is the failure mode; head hardness in HRA, body in HRC; SDS-Plus / SDS-Max shank to DIN; witness drilling in reinforced concrete.

TCT core bit

TCT tooth grade per supplier mill certificate; brazed joint cross-sectioned and shear-tested; body hardness; tooth height and set; witness cut in target masonry/concrete.

Diamond core bit & blade

Laser-weld destructive cross-section and segment shear test; bond hardness matched to substrate; diamond concentration; 30CrMnSi seamless-tube wall; water-flow test for wet bits; segment height and 1¼-7 UNC thread.

Quality, Quantified

The three figures below come straight from our ISO 9001 outgoing inspection records — sample reports available on request.

98.5%
Outgoing pass rate
Drill bits are highly standardized; geometry checked against ISO 5468 / DIN 8039 keeps reject rates at industry baseline.
24h
Standard testing cycle
From sampling to report — standard batches close within 24 hours.
15+
Test items per batch
Hardness, geometry, carbide grade, brazing strength, concentricity, and more.
