A high-density 12-tooth cup wheel for portable removal at edges and confined areas where a planetary floor grinder cannot reach. The integrated flange and eight ventilation openings keep the assembly compact and stable.
A six-point directional PCD layout for hand-held coating removal where cutter direction, grinder rotation and guard clearance are confirmed together before sampling.
A crushed-PCD matrix cup wheel for thin, high-tack coatings — mastic, pressure-sensitive adhesive, thin polyurethane — where a solid PCD block bites too deep and glue-loaded debris clogs a standard tooth. The crushed matrix shears in small increments instead of gouging, and the bolt-on flange hub is matched to the grinder spindle rather than a threaded arbor.
A quick-change PCD-only layout for aggressive coating engagement. Cutter count, working direction and tools per head are matched to the Redi Lock holder before sample approval.
Split-PCD bars distribute contact across a longer working edge. We match the split layout, direction and holder to the coating and required surface condition during sample approval.
Two quarter-round PCD cutters open the coating while a trailing protection segment moderates penetration and supports a more controlled surface. The segment specification is matched to the coating and permitted substrate marking.
A heavy trapezoid steel plate with three M6 mounting positions, two quarter-round PCD cutters and one protection bar. Hole pattern, adapter plate and rotation are aligned to the grinder model rather than assumed universal.
Two quarter-round PCD cutters shear the coating while two round metal-bond buttons share the load, moderate gouging and support a more controlled surface profile. The three-hole trapezoid plate and working direction are matched to the grinder drawing.
OEM interface coverage
The public systems show the approved cutter architectures. The holder body is then released against the grinder model, rotation and an interface drawing or sample.
