Bare-Concrete Grinding Systems

Metal-Bond Diamond Grinding Shoes & Plates

Start with the grinder platform and bare-concrete condition. We match the holder, tools per head, segment count, grit and bond direction for levelling, aggregate exposure and polishing preparation.

Four engineering-matched grinding programs

Four engineering-matched programs cover hand-held finishing, general production grinding, extreme-hard concrete and direct-fit single-disc grinding. Holder interface, segment load, grit and bond direction are matched during engineering review — see the interface & format matrix below for additional platform coverage.

One grinding program, matched to the holder

The four programs above show the released segment and bond architectures. For the shoe-based programs, the holder body — Redi Lock, HTC/EZ Change, Lavina QuickChange or bolt-on trapezoid — is then released against the grinder model and a drawing or sample.
