Private-Label Packaging & Branding
We can follow buyer-supplied artwork, label text, and packaging standards, or supply Zhonghuan-branded packaging for distributor and wholesale channels.
Our in-house production is centered on SDS-Plus and SDS-Max hammer drill bits, supported by hammer chisels and bushing bits. Distributor and private-label programs cover specification review, samples, laser marking, packaging, and kit configuration.
The factory focus is concrete and masonry work: SDS-Plus and SDS-Max for drilling, chisels for demolition and chipping, and bushing bits for concrete surface preparation. OEM quoting, private-label packaging, and kit programs are built around these three product lines.
Core in-house production: 2-cutter, 4-cutter and Y-Cutter geometries, 3-position brazing fixture, CNC tip grinding to under 0.02 mm runout TIR, with named-mill MTC.
In-house production covering demolition, concrete chipping, tile removal and related applications. Available in kits and OEM packaging configurations.
In-house production. Used for concrete restoration, decorative-finish adhesion, and anti-slip treatment. Tooth count and pattern customizable by application.

Every container ships with: named-mill MTC, per-batch hardness records, ISO 9001 certificate number (publicly verifiable in the issuing body's registry). Buyer-funded third-party chemical verification is welcomed and proactively arranged.
Confirm product type, size range, quantity, packaging format, and brand requirement
Prepare product samples and confirm label, packaging, and carton details
In-house SDS-Plus, SDS-Max, chisel, and bushing-bit products are made against approved samples; kit, label, and packaging requirements are coordinated with the same project.
Pack and ship according to the approved packaging plan with standard export documents
“Send catalogue and best price” can only produce a budget range; it cannot support samples, per-SKU MOQ, packaging cost, or line planning. A professional RFQ needs no fancy format, but it must tell the factory which material, SKUs, quantities, and sales channel it is being asked to support.
Send the six inputs above to the engineering team to confirm samples, per-SKU MOQ, packaging, and the quotation path.
Send substrate, size-and-quantity matrix, annual volume, packaging, benchmark position, and sales channel. We turn that into head-geometry options, a sample matrix, MTC requirements, batch records, and a production plan.
