Bushing Bits for Concrete Joint Roughening and Local Repair Preparation | Zhonghuan

We match impact bushing bits to local concrete roughening, laitance removal and repair preparation. Select the tooth face, head size and shank around the substrate and demolition hammer.

Construction joints and local repair zones need a defined, sound surface before the next material is placed. We manufacture bushing bits for controlled impact texturing, with the head pattern and shank selected for your concrete and machine.

Specify the surface result first

Tell us whether the task is removing laitance, exposing a sound surface, texturing a local joint or preparing a repair edge. Identify concrete condition and the required finished texture from the project or repair-material specification.

The bit geometry does not certify a surface profile by itself. Approval depends on the actual surface, including loose material, soundness and the preparation method specified for the next layer.

Select the impact face and machine as a pair

A smaller contact area concentrates impact; a larger face covers more area and needs adequate machine capacity. Tooth layout changes the contact pattern. We review the head size, teeth, stem and shank as one assembly.

Send the exact hammer and holder. A compatible shank is only the starting point: working mode, attachment size and machine capacity also need to match. The illustrated machine is a platform example, not a universal attachment recommendation.

Use a trial patch to control removal

Work a small representative area with the proposed bit and operating method. Compare texture, removal depth, local break-out and the time needed to leave a clean surface. Adjust head pattern and operation before extending the method.

Impact preparation can damage weak concrete below the visible surface. If the trial leaves unsound material or exceeds the required removal, review a less aggressive method. Bond preparation follows the repair or coating specification.

Keep local work separate from large-area production

Handheld bushing bits suit local areas, edges and locations that larger equipment cannot reach. Large floor areas may justify a different machine or preparation process. We help define the attachment scope rather than extending a small tool beyond its useful task.

For repeat supply, quote by head size, tooth configuration, shank and quantity. Keep the accepted trial result and assembly specification with the order so replacements match the established process.
