PCD Grinding Shoes Manufacturer | Redi Lock & Trapezoid OEM | Zhonghuan

PCD grinding shoes for floor coating removal: Redi Lock quick-change and 3-M6 trapezoid bolt-on plates with direction-matched quarter-PCD cutters and protection segments. OEM supply for epoxy, glue, paint, resin and mastic removal.

PCD Grinding Shoes for Professional Coating Removal

We build the large-area floor-grinder side of the Zhonghuan PCD coating-removal system: Redi Lock quick-change shoes and 3-M6 trapezoid bolt-on shoes. Each program starts with the host machine, then locks cutter layout, protection segment and rotation before sample approval.

Two Focused Machine Interfaces

  • Redi Lock: Redi Lock quick-change: a dedicated locking lug slides into the holder disc for fast tool changes. The plate, PCD layout and LH/RH direction are matched to the grinder head.
  • 3-M6: 3-M6 trapezoid bolt-on: a heavy three-hole plate for compatible floor grinders and adapter systems. Hole spacing and plate drawing are confirmed rather than assumed universal.

PCD Configuration

  • Two quarter-round PCD cutters for aggressive coating shear
  • One trailing protection segment or bar for stability and surface control
  • Direction marking matched to machine rotation
  • Set quantity matched to tools per head
  • Sample acceptance on the target coating system

RFQ Inputs

  • Grinder brand and model
  • Holder type or bolt-hole drawing
  • LH/RH rotation direction
  • Coating type and approximate thickness
  • Floor substrate and operating mode
  • Tools per head, quantity, marking and packaging
