Zhonghuan Tools manufactures the 3-cutter full carbide head SDS-Plus drill bit as a factory-direct OEM and private-label program. The cutting head is a single sintered piece of tungsten carbide ground to three edges at 120° around a self-centering tip, then resistance friction-welded to a hardened 40Cr body — no brazed inserts, no silver-braze seam to fatigue under impact. Range Ø3–20 mm.

We specialize this geometry as a full-carbide-head system: our 3-cutter is a one-piece sintered head — the small-diameter single-piece construction the premium brands also use at SDS-Plus sizes. It is the same 120° geometry Heller markets as its Trijet tip, supplied direct-from-factory at OEM economics under your brand.

Why specify the 3-cutter full carbide head

Three carbide edges keep at least two engaged at all times, so the bit centers itself, drills a near-perfectly round and calibrated hole for anchors, and stays steady when it grazes rebar. Because the one-piece head holds its gauge as it wears, the hole stays calibrated and the bit is less likely to bind on a bar. The signature application is composite steel decking: the full carbide head drills the concrete and punches through the light-gauge steel deck plate in one pass, with no bit change.
