One Supply Platform, Five Different Saw Systems
We organise professional diamond-blade supply around the machine that drives the blade. Floor, wall, ring, early-entry and bridge saws may all use diamond segments, but their interfaces, load paths, cooling, kerf and acceptance tests are different. Our job is to return a machine-matched OEM program, not a universal disc with several applications printed on it.

Ring Saw: The Missing Hardware Layer
A ring blade is arborless. Torque reaches the blade through the machine's drive system, while guide and support rollers control the ring. That is why the RFQ must cover the blade together with the drive disc or wheel, guide rollers and support rollers. The common professional range shown in current construction-tool catalogues is Ø350–425 mm; global references such as Husqvarna's 370 mm and 425 mm ring systems confirm the same machine class.
Ordered-array segments are available as a premium option, but the array does not replace interface control. A correct segment on the wrong drive profile is still an unusable ring blade.
Configuration Parity Is the Start of Testing
Matching diameter, segment size and interface proves that a supplier can build the same hardware architecture. It does not prove identical cutting life, welding integrity or edge quality. We therefore benchmark samples under the same machine, substrate, water supply, feed and acceptance method before a production order is released.
