Early-Entry Concrete Saw Blade & Skid Plate OEM Supply | Zhonghuan

OEM supply program for early-entry green-concrete saw blades and matched anti-ravelling skid plates. 6-inch triangular-interface baseline, machine fitment, aggregate matching, private label and sample approval.

From a Blade SKU to a Complete Early-Entry System

We supply early-entry green-concrete blade programs for distributors, equipment brands and rental-fleet channels that need more than a generic small diamond blade. The commercial unit is the machine-matched cutting system: blade diameter and kerf, pilot bore and drive feature, approved maximum RPM, aggregate-matched matrix direction and a skid plate whose slot and movement support the surface around the up-cut blade.

This page is the OEM procurement path. For the cutting physics, use our guide to up-cut rotation, skid-plate support and spall control.

6-Inch Baseline, Machine Drawing First

Our baseline program starts with the high-volume 6-inch early-entry format shown in the selector. The centre interface can combine a pilot bore, triangular bushing or knockout and drive pin. Similar appearance does not prove fitment. We approve every SKU against the saw model, flange or old-blade sample and the plate slot.

Other diameters remain possible when the machine drawing and cutting depth support them. We do not turn a 1-inch pilot bore or triangular outline into a universal-compatibility claim.

Aggregate Matching Without Exposing Formula Work

The buyer supplies the aggregate class, mix information, job location or a benchmark blade. We own the matrix, diamond and segment match. Hard aggregate and soft/abrasive aggregate require different self-sharpening and wear behaviour; green concrete also changes quickly through the cutting window.

A private-label line can use colour coding after the performance classes are approved. The signed matrix links each colour to a defined aggregate range, saw family and accepted sample—never to a copied competitor legend.

Sample Approval and Production Control

  • Confirm saw make/model, interface drawing, diameter, kerf, plate slot and approved maximum RPM.
  • Approve blade and plate as a pair when the system bundle is selected.
  • Run a short test cut in the target green-concrete window and inspect edge quality, joint tracking and blade behaviour.
  • Freeze the approved sample, production marking, colour map and packaging before volume.
  • Use lot identification and sample retention for repeat orders.

Low-Friction RFQ

Send the saw model—or photos of the flange and old blade—plus diameter/kerf, pour-to-cut window, aggregate or job location, annual quantity and whether you need blade only or the blade + skid plate bundle. We return a proposed fitment, sample route and quotation.
