Ordered-Array Diamond Core Bit OEM Supply | Zhonghuan

OEM supply program for ordered-array wet and dry diamond core bits. Ø25–355 mm common range, extended diameters by drawing, 400/450 mm working lengths, 10–12 mm segments and multi-thread support.

Ordered Array Is One Layer of the Core-Bit Specification

Ordered-array or ARIX-type describes how diamond crystals are positioned through the segment. It does not define the visible roof/turbo profile, matrix direction, barrel steel, attachment route or thread. Those fields must stay separate in the OEM drawing and sample record.

Open Threads and Proprietary Adapters

The catalogue evidence shows a broad hardware layer beyond the barrel: male/female adapters, quick-release conversions, dust-collector adapters, water-valve adapters and extensions. This is how an open 1¼-7 or 5/8-11 bit can be connected to a proprietary chuck when the approved adapter path exists.

See the thread and shank compatibility guide. Never describe an adapter as invisible: it changes stack length, run-out risk and maintenance points and must appear in the RFQ.

What the Catalogues Do and Do Not Prove

They prove ordered-array segment availability, thread breadth, diameter/length ranges and multiple joining routes. They do not prove a universal tube grade, ≤0.15 mm run-out, fixed weld penetration or a fixed performance multiplier. Those become production claims only after supplier documents and Zhonghuan's approved sample record support them.

Sample Acceptance

  • Confirm rig, thread/adapter, diameter, length and water path.
  • Specify profile and ordered/random placement separately.
  • Test drilling rate through concrete and rebar, segment wear and barrel tracking.
  • Approve cost per accepted hole before production.
