Scope note: This page covers diamond core drills — the segmented / turbo diamond bit for concrete, masonry, and natural stone, which is what most buyers mean by a "diamond hole saw" in hard material. Zhonghuan specializes in these hard-material core drills; tile, porcelain and glass use a separate thin-kerf electroplated or vacuum-brazed tool system. Start from our Diamond Core Drill Bits Manufacturer RFQ Hub.
"Diamond Hole Saw" vs Diamond Core Drill
The phrase "diamond hole saw" covers two different tools. For tile, porcelain, and glass, it means a small electroplated or vacuum-brazed bit with a thin diamond-grit rim — a tradesman's tile tool. For concrete, masonry, and stone, it means a diamond core drill: a steel tube with diamond segments (or a turbo rim) that cuts a clean cylinder in hard material. We manufacture the second one. If you need to cut holes in reinforced concrete, block, or natural stone, the diamond core drill is the tool — and it is what this page is about.
