PGM Manufacturing Framework for Masonry Drill Programs
PGM connects the geometry of the finished masonry drill with the factory process that produces it. Cutter diameter, symmetry, circular run-out, joining control, batch release and protected-mark scope sit inside one procurement framework for anchor-related drilling.
The Four Documents and Their Roles
- Document 010: cutter geometry, symmetry, circular run-out and multi-cutter verification.
- Document 200: application, factory audit, initial approval, dimensional sampling and surveillance.
- Checklist 304: factory controls from carbide intake and joining through straightening, measurement and final release.
- Document 101: official mark use by manufacturing site, product type and approved range.
How Zhonghuan Maps the Workflow
Zhonghuan organizes OEM review around the complete production chain: incoming carbide batch, approved head drawing, joining-face preparation, controlled brazing or welding, post-join symmetry, straightening, measured circular run-out, final release and retained batch records.
Each project can align its required drawings, measurement format, sample size and release documents before production. Where the official PGM mark forms part of the buyer specification, the applicable manufacturing site, product range and authorization scope are confirmed during RFQ and packaging approval.
OEM Project Package
- Product type, diameter and head-architecture matrix.
- Incoming carbide and approved-drawing references.
- Joining-process and post-join symmetry records.
- Circular run-out results after straightening.
- Sample drilling and buyer approval plan.
- Final release, batch traceability and packaging-mark scope.
