Demolition Chisel Manufacturer | SDS, Hex & Breaker OEM

OEM demolition chisel supply for SDS-Plus, SDS-Max, hex and square electric breakers, round-shank pneumatic breakers and hydraulic breakers. Machine-matched point, flat, scaling, gouge and asphalt profiles for ordinary concrete and repair work.

ISO 9001 Quality System Machine-Matched Shanks OEM by Drawing

Zhonghuan supplies demolition chisels across electric, pneumatic and hydraulic breaker systems. The catalog starts with the machine interface—not a generic chisel name—because an SDS chisel, a round-shank air tool and a hydraulic breaker tool are different products and are not interchangeable.

Six shank systems, kept technically separate

Working-end profiles

  • Moil point: starts cracks and concentrates impact in ordinary concrete.
  • Flat chisel: controlled removal of concrete strips, mortar, render and coatings.
  • Wide or scaling chisel: surface stripping and floor-covering removal.
  • Gouge or channel: conduit, pipe and wall chasing where the selected shank supports it.
  • Spade or clay profile: material removal and digging applications specified by drawing.
  • Asphalt cutter: pavement-edge and repair work with the appropriate electric or breaker interface.

Application boundary

The standard range is presented for ordinary concrete, mortar, tile, coatings and pavement repair. Dense reinforcement, bridge-pier demolition, quarry or continuous mining duty are not assumed from a catalog label; those projects require machine details, material review and sample approval before any performance claim.

What to send for an RFQ

  • Machine brand and exact model.
  • Shank family plus full dimensions or drawing.
  • Chuck, collar, latch or retainer geometry.
  • Overall length, working-end profile and edge width.
  • Target material and expected work pattern.
  • Quantity by SKU, finish, marking and packaging.

After these inputs are confirmed, Zhonghuan can prepare a comparable sample and quotation instead of guessing compatibility from a product photo.
