Well-matched demolition tooling addresses part of the workflow. If the drilling accessory is poorly matched to diameter, depth or dust evacuation, drilling can still interrupt progress. A useful construction combination considers both operations.
For drilling, we start with substrate, aggregates and reinforcement conditions, followed by machine platform and impact duty. Diameter, working length, cutting-head architecture and flute design guide the selection. For chiseling, the removal task and existing wear or jamming problems guide the working end and treatment requirements.
The crew obtains accessories selected around a complete job, and the buyer can organize the corresponding specifications together.
Choosing the drill-bit side
For professional installation and everyday concrete work, we can begin with the corresponding ZHPLUS-5X or ZHMAX-5X four-cutter range and match it with pointed, flat or stripping chisels.
Demanding concrete-drilling projects can also be evaluated with ZHPLUS-8 or ZHMAX-8 full-carbide-head bits. SDS-Max applications may be considered with ZHMAX-7, depending on the job. Hole size, depth, substrate and sample performance guide the selection.
Our premium chisels use 42CrMo alloy steel, with geometry and heat treatment matched to the intended hammer duty. When a star profile is requested, we review the reference geometry, machine model and work requirements, then confirm dimensions and sample acceptance criteria.
